Warranty Policy
In Fittest Freakest, we are committed to offering high-quality products so that you can enjoy your training to the fullest. However, we understand that problems may arise with some products. For this reason, we have developed a clear and transparent warranty policy so that you know what your rights are.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that appear within 2 years from the date of purchase.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear: Includes wear and tear on the sole of the shoe, discoloration, tears in clothing or deterioration of the grips due to lack of proper maintenance.
- Misuse or Neglect: Includes damage caused by abrasion, impact, drops, exposure to chemicals or extreme temperatures.
- Unauthorized repairs: If the product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party, the warranty will be voided.
In addition, defects caused by:
- Accidents
- Product modifications
- Incorrect washing
- Use in extreme conditions
- Abrasion or excessive force applied to the product
Examples of what is not covered:
-
Shoes: Wear on the sole due to abrasion during a sudden descent on the rope or tears in the seams when doing burpees.
Warranty vs. Wear and Tear: We would love for your shoes to last forever, but high-performance footwear has a lifespan dependent on intensity and type of use.- Manufacturing defects (Covered): Usually appear within the first month. Examples include clean sole separation or internal stitching failing without extreme external abrasion.
-
Normal wear and tear (Not covered): Demanding movements like rope climbs, burpees, toe dragging, or constant friction will naturally destroy materials over time. Worn-down rubber, friction holes in the mesh, or material separation after months of intense training are part of the shoe's natural lifecycle.
Below are real examples of damage caused by intense training and friction (NOT manufacturing defects and NOT covered by warranty):

All defects shown in the image above are not covered by the warranty; they are due to excessive use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by use.
- Clothing: Tears or scratches caused by constant contact with rough surfaces. If you notice a defect upon receiving the garment, you must report it within the first 14 days. After this period, claims for this reason will not be accepted.
- Grips: Disintegration or damage from use with magnesium or machine washing with fabric softener. The use of magnesium, especially in combination with sweat, can shorten the life of grips. Machine washing with fabric softener or spinning at high speeds also damages the grips.
